Residential and Commercial spaces. We want to take care of whatever needs a customer may
have, with diverse cleaning services.
How We Work
The first clean with Pure Intentions will be a deep clean to cover your entire
space, this allows us to get rid of tough build up and start fresh, making subsequent regular house
cleanings easier. Pure Intentions Cleaning Co recommends a deep clean at least 2-3 times a year.
Deep Clean/Move In/ Move Out
An extensive deep clean of the entire space, including
appliances, window tracks, baseboards/trim, high and low dusting.
Maintenance Cleaning
After completing a full/deep clean, we will sustain the cleanliness of your
space. Cleaning includes bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, floors, and other common areas within your space. Dusting furniture, trash removal, indoor windows, base boards/trim, and ceiling fans.
Post-Construction Cleaning
Entrances and exits, doors, door frames, stainless steel, common
areas, dining areas, bathrooms, floors, dusting of surfaces, kitchens- including cabinets and
appliances, fixtures and finishes, shelving, or dusting grates and vents.

Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, with the exception of any specific items a customer requires us to use to complete
cleaning tasks.

Do I need to be home when the cleaning is to be done?
No, you do not. It is completely your choice. Leave a key and we will handle the rest!

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are. To obtain proof, please email us at pureintentionsclean@gmail.com and
we will send you our current documentation.

What type of cleaning supplies do you use?
We use a wide variety of cleaning products.

Are you a pet friendly service?
Yes, we love animals as much as you do! We use pet friendly, non-toxic cleaning
products to keep your pets safe. Please let us know if this applies to you.

Are there any services you don’t offer?
While we offer a range of home and office cleaning services, we will not
resurface/wax/refinish floors, move large furniture, or wet wipe light bulbs. We can also not clean exterior windows, pet waste, bio hazards, mold, and insect or rodent problems.

Do you offer a guarantee?
We stand behind our service. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can reevaluate. We will do everything we can to meet your expectations. Please allow us up to 48 hours to reschedule the cleaning.

How many hours is a typical cleaning?
There is no set amount of time- it all depends on the size of your home and what services you need. A consultation will help provide an estimated amount of time. Please keep in mind this is only an estimate.

What is your cancellation policy?
We never have contracts to clean your home or office. The only thing we ask is that if you do need to cancel or reschedule, give us 24-48 hours’ notice. If you cancel the day of, there is a $50 fee. If we arrive and do not have access to the home, you will be required to pay the full price.

tips
Tips that will save you time and money
Stainless steel
Use a microfiber towel and warm water and wipe away dirt and grime. Make sure to go in the direction of the grain. Finish by using Sprayway or Weiman stainless steel products to clean and polish.
Tough bathtub stains?
Use warm water, dawn dish soap and vinegar. Never use bleach on acrylic tubs/toilets, only use bleach on fiberglass or porcelain tubs/toilets. Magic erasers are great to use in tubs!
Need to organize and declutter
Start with one room at a time. Set realistic expectations
and start with high priority spaces/items. Have a sorting system- trash, donate, or put away, use storage solutions, and get rid of duplicates.
Looking for natural cleaning products?
Apple cider vinegar and white vinegar are effective natural cleaning products that have antibacterial properties and are a great multi-purpose cleaner. Use equal parts water and vinegar.
For a DIY Pine Cleaner, fill a glass jar with pine needle and fill the remaining jar with white vinegar, making sure to cover the needles. Add lemon slices or lemon essential oil. Shake to mix and let sit for about two weeks. Drain the pine needles and lemon slices and pour in a spray bottle 2/3 full. Fill the rest of the way with filtered water, shake and label.
Got a stinky sink?
Start by removing food and debris, use boiling hot water, baking soda
and vinegar- this will help those hard to reach spots. Finish by deodorizing the sink with citrus fruit peels like lemons, limes, and oranges.
Got oven spills?
Easy-Off Fume Free Oven Cleaner works well and doesn’t have harsh
chemical smells. No oven cleaner don’t fret. Grab a scouring stick and that will remove everything inside of the oven and the door, without scratching. Baking soda and vinegar make a great cleaning combo as well for oven spills.
Avoid clutter and feeling overwhelmed in your space
Set a timer! Spend 15-20 minutes daily, throwing things away, putting things where they belong and wiping down surfaces. Make tidying up a habit by putting things away where they belong before setting them down.
